Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yalla Hagz mobile and web applications, related websites, and any services offered by Ahmed Amin and the Yalla Hagz team (“Yalla Hagz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or making a booking or open-match reservation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Service Overview

Yalla Hagz is a marketplace that connects players with independent venue operators, match organizers, and academies. We facilitate discovery, booking, payments, and communication but do not own or control the pitches, facilities, coaches, or third parties you interact with.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Solo Kickoffs are for players aged 16 and over, unless otherwise stated in the match details.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all profile details, contact information, and payment data you provide.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. All actions taken through your account are deemed authorized by you.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Booking details (pricing, slot duration, add-ons, and policies) are provided by the venue or organizer and may change without notice.
  • Payments processed through Yalla Hagz or partner gateways are handled on behalf of the venue/organizer. We may withhold payouts when fraud, disputes, or policy violations are suspected.
  • No refunds. All payments are final once a booking or registration is confirmed.
  • For cash-on-site bookings, you are solely responsible for settling the amount with the venue.

4. Venue & Organizer Responsibilities

Each venue or organizer is fully responsible for the condition of the facility, equipment, referees, and staff; for honoring bookings; and for complying with local laws. Issues about pitch quality, lighting, staffing, or safety must be resolved directly with them.

5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Strikes

  • Cancellation rules vary per venue. Some bookings may be non-refundable or require advance notice. Please read the policy shown before confirming a slot.
  • Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or abuse of flexible slots may trigger warnings, strikes, fees, or suspension.
  • Venues may enforce their own penalties that we are obliged to respect.

6. Player Conduct & Fair Play

  • Treat fellow players, staff, and facilities with respect; avoid harassment, hate speech, violence, vandalism, or unsafe conduct.
  • Advertising competing services, spamming, or attempting to scrape platform data is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules or applicable laws.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Football and sports activities are inherently risky. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for obtaining any insurance you deem necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yalla Hagz disclaims liability for injuries, theft, property damage, or other losses occurring before, during, or after an activity arranged through the platform.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

  • You may not copy, sell, or modify our software, trademarks, or proprietary content without written consent.
  • Venue photos, descriptions, and logos belong to their respective owners. They grant us a limited license to display the material inside the app.
  • Reviews or feedback submitted by you may be used to improve the service or for marketing in anonymized form.

9. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to those practices.

10. Promotions, Campaigns & Leaderboards

From time to time Yalla Hagz runs promotions such as the World Cup 2026 Prediction Championship, referral bonuses, vouchers, wallet credits, and leaderboard prizes. Participation is optional and subject to the rules shown in the app at the time of the promotion.

  • Genuine participation required. Campaign points, perks, and prizes are for players who actually use the platform in good faith — for example by attending Solo Kickoffs you join, showing up for court bookings you confirm, and making predictions within the published deadlines.
  • Solo Kickoffs & bookings. Booking multiple Solo Kickoff or court slots you do not intend to attend, repeated no-shows, or holding slots while asking for refunds is prohibited. Points tied to play are awarded only after verified check-in or completed sessions.
  • Refunds during campaigns. Confirmed bookings and Solo Kickoff registrations are non-refundable in cash unless we cancel the session or the venue cancels the slot. Where a refund is available, it is issued to your Yalla Hagz wallet — not as a cash payout — and does not restore campaign eligibility if the booking was made or kept in bad faith.
  • Disqualification. We may remove campaign points, void vouchers or wallet rewards, disqualify you from leaderboards and prize pools, and restrict or block your account if we detect abuse, multi-account farming, late prediction edits, refund manipulation, or any attempt to gain campaign benefits without fair participation.
  • Our decision is final on campaign eligibility and prize distribution, subject to applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may limit or terminate access without notice if we suspect fraud, abuse, security risks, legal violations, or failure to comply with these Terms. You may close your account at any time, but outstanding obligations (fees, disputes, or ongoing bookings) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and we may notify you by email, in-app message, or banner. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
