Request deletion
Submit this form with the phone number on your Yalla Hagz account. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days. You can also email support@yallahagz.com or use the in-app path below.
Delete in the app
- Open the Yalla Hagz app.
- Go to Profile → Account settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type delete to confirm.
Court-admin accounts: Manage → Account → Delete Account.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, phone, photo, username, and login).
- Bookings, Kickoffs, open matches, chats, and wallet balance tied to the account.
- Device tokens and notification preferences.
Upcoming matches you host are cancelled. Upcoming bookings stay with the venue until you cancel them in the app or ask support to cancel them with the deletion request.
What we may retain
We may keep payment, tax, and fraud records for the period Egyptian law requires. Those records are not a usable Yalla Hagz profile and are not used to sign you back in.
احذف حساب يلا حجز
لو عندك حساب في أبلكيشن يلا حجز (Yalla Hagz)، تقدر تحذفه من الأبلكيشن أو تطلب الحذف من الصفحة دي من غير تسجيل دخول. بنحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة بيه، مش بنجمّده.
في الأبلكيشن: الملف الشخصي ← إعدادات الحساب ← احذف الحساب، وبعدين اكتب delete للتأكيد.
أو املأ الفورم فوق برقم الموبايل المسجّل. بنراجع الطلب ونكمّل الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوم. تقدر كمان تبعت على support@yallahagz.com.
